Boomstick

This bitter and bright, well-balanced, low-alcohol cocktail is throwback to one of favorites from the bar I used to work at back in Bellevue, WA.

BOOMSTICK

0.75 oz Fernet Branca

0.75 oz Angostura Bitters

0.75 oz Orgeat

1 oz Lime Juice

Ginger Beer

Combine all ingredients (except ginger beer) into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake to chill. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
