In this book, you will find some of my favorite recipes that were developed after I had to eliminate gluten, dairy, and soy. What started as me struggling to decide what to cook for dinner has grown into a passion for sharing the food experience with those around me. My inspiration comes from everywhere, but mostly from seeing other people enjoy a gluten-containing dish and me wanting to eat it. With my allergies, eating out is quite difficult, but I like to see it more as a puzzle than a burden. Because of my love for delicious food, I am motivated to level up the sad, gluten free version of dishes that are offered in restaurants and stores today. There are some restaurants that offer stellar options, but the norm is either not on par with the gluten-containing dishes or that it is cross-contaminated. After nearly ten years of being on this journey, I am ready to share my creations. Grab your aprons and get those taster spoons ready. Your gluten free socks are about to get knocked off!”
