KENTUCKY BUCK

2 oz Bourbon

1 Ripe Strawberry

0.75 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Simple Syrup

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

1 oz Ginger Beer

Muddle strawberry, lemon juice, and simple syrup at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add bourbon and bitters. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Double-strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lemon wheel and strawberry slice.
